1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic Orders: 2-7 business days

    • International Orders10-18 business days (varies by country)

  • Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs delays, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Lebanon and The Middle east.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable to their order.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Customer service email for assistance.

  • Charmistic is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 2 days with photos of the damage for resolution.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Charmistic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
