At Charmistic, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following conditions:

Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

Shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
